The owners will also be able to enjoy the magnificent views of the Baker River and the native forest, its wonderful landscapes, the great Mallín, an ecosystem similar to a wetland that plays a very important role in water purification and hosts a great biodiversity of plants and animals, among others.

This is about taking care to generate the least possible environmental impact bcause the plots are being developed in stages. They have gravel roads, installation of services with high quality materials suitable for the climate (water network, electricity network with underground wiring and internet feasability).
